Ways to eat Radish greens

  • Saute for a quick side dish!

    • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the radish greens and cook, tossing, until the greens are just wilted, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove them from the heat and season with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. That’s it!

  • Make radish top pesto!

    • Pulse pine nuts, lemon juice, and garlic in the food processor until they’re finely chopped.

    • Add half basil and half radish greens and pulse again.

    • Drizzle in olive oil with the food processor blade still running.

    • Add grated Parmesan cheese and process briefly until combined.

    • Enjoy over pasta, fresh bread, in a grain bowl, into soup, and so much more!
