Sweet potato & Kale hash

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups diced onions

  • 3 cups sweet potatoes peeled and diced into bite size pieces 

  • 6 cups chopped kale 

  • 3 TBS coconut aminos

  • Salt pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Caramelized onions with grapeseed oil and coconut aminos.

  2. Add sweet potatoes and cook until tender.

  3. Add kale and continue to saute until tender.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Enjoy!
