Butternut squash & Kale Hash

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups diced onions

  • 3 cups peeled and diced butternut squash

  • 6 cups chopped kale

  • 3 TBS coconut aminos

  • Salt pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Caramelize onions with grapeseed oil and coconut aminos

  2. Add squash and cook until tender

  3. Add kale and continue to saute until tender

  4. Salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
