Homemade Vegetable Broth

Remember to save your vegetable trimmings to make a nutrient dense broth!

  1. Store veggie trimmings in the freezer until you have accumulated enough to fill a large stock pot. 

  2. Cover with water.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Simmer for several hours. 

  5. Keeps for 2 weeks in the fridge.
